How to register ?
It's easy to register. Just click on the Person icon at the top of the page on and then "Register". From there you can log in if you already have an account or register.
Do you deliver at home ?
Yes, we do deliver at your doorstep with delivery cost. The deliverer will come to the address shared by the Buyer between 6pm and 8pm on working days (Tuesday to Friday) and exceptionnally between 2pm an 6pm on Saturdays. The deliverer will hand over the delivery bag(s) to the recipient or to any other person present at the address indicated.
Please note, no deliveries are made on Mondays and Sundays.
AsianOnlineStore.be will make every effort to ensure that the order is shipped to the delivery address within 3 working days following the validation of the order and the receipt of payment.

What are the municipalities in which you deliver and what are the delivery costs?
The orders are delivered with a fee in all Belgian cities. All locations are divided into six zones :

Please note that there are some exceptions for the New zones as we can not deliver frozen goods and the payment method Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for these zones.

Why don't you deliver frozen goods in the New Zones ?
As we are partnering with an external company, they did not allow us to ship frozen goods.
Not home at the time of delivery ?
In case of absence, an email will be sent to the Buyer. It will then be up to the Buyer to reply the Seller to agree either on a new delivery date to the same address, or on a new delivery date to a new address, or pick-up at the store selected. If both parties agree to a new delivery date, additional delivery costs of FIVE (5) euros will be charged to the Buyer.
If the user is absent at the time of the new delivery, the order will be automatically returned to the seller, who will contact the Buyer to schedule a new delivery of the order. In this case, additional delivery costs of 10 euros will be charged to the Buyer.
Oops, I gave the wrong delivery address. What can I do about it ?
Please contact our customer service via email@example.com as soon as possible. Before the shipment, the Buyer has until 10 am following the day of the finalization of the order to notify the change of address.
If the deliverer is already on his/her way to the wrong delivery address, an email will be sent to the Buyer. Both parties will agree on a new delivery date to the new address, or pick-up at the store selected. If both parties agree to a new delivery date, additional delivery costs of FIVE (5) euros will be charged to the Buyer.
How can I pay for my order online ?
We offer you several possibilities to pay your order online. You can pay in the following ways:
- Credit cards: Visa and MasterCard
- Online medium : Paypal
- Cash on Delivery : please note that this payment method is not available for the New Zones.
We guarantee that payments are made in an extremely secure environment. Your data is encrypted, so it cannot be seen by third parties.
Do I have to register to place an order?
No, registration is not mandatory. You can fill your basket and follow the steps to complete your data to be delivered. But each time, you will order your products, you will need to fill the form to be delivered.
Are the payments on the site secure?
The security of transactions and your data are extremely important to us. These are secured by leading third-party financial institutions in the e-commerce field.
I placed my order online, but I did not receive any confirmation email. What should I do ?
To make sure that you have not received an email confirming your online order, we advise you first to check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still haven't received a confirmation email within an hour, please contact our customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org. Our staff will check whether your order has been registered and what the problem is.
I received a damaged product or my order is incomplete. What can I do about it ?
It is up to the user to check the orders on arrival and to formulate any complaints that appear justified. If there are any complaints following the reception of the order, user must send an email to the address email@example.com, subject "Claim of delivery", with 3 photos in support, all this within 4 hours after receipt of the order.
